We challenge Hampshire Schools and Educational establishments to engage in the Oki Street Schools Challenge. We invite Schools to register their
interest and we will supply an OKI Starter Pack laying out the Terms and Conditions for entry.

You will receive details to set up your Company Structure and you will be required to appoint your own executive team reporting to your Head of School
who will underwrite and monitor funding.
The Company Structure will require the appointment of individuals responsible for specific areas of the business
- Managing Director
- Deputy MD/Finance Director
- Two teachers as non-executive Directors
- Artistic Director
- Production Director
- Marketing Director
- Sales Director
- Company Secretary
- Remainder of class will be assigned tasks as required ie Sales, Production, etc
The Company will produce and maintain a Business Plan, including Sales forecasts, agree designs and teamwork schedules. The Company may
take advantage of 30-day payment arrangements, thereafter accounts will be frozen on non-payment of invoices. Additional media material purchases will be
based on the recommendation of the Company Directors via the School Head. Based on Sales projections the Company have the option to expand their Product
range to include, say poster manufacure, where margins are higher.
We believe this Project can give an insight into the world of business and could be a fantastic life changing experience for those
pupils looking for career advice and motivation in a practical environment.
