As with our sales executives this training by HP is an ongoing process, which enables our engineers to remain fully conversant with the latest technology and the fault diagnosis and repair procedures associated with that technology. The Landscape Group are able to provide customers with a full annual Service Level Agreement covering all their Hewlett-Packard hardware. As an authorised Hewlett-Packard Service
Point we are also able to offer a Fixed Price Repair Service for all HP DeskJets, LaserJets
and ScanJets. Provided that the printer or scanner in question is complete and NOT working,
one of our fully trained engineers will arrange for its repair, however many faults are
present and the price for the repair is fixed. The price which you are quoted is the price
you pay! |
