What is covered under our fixed price repair/exchange scheme?

We will repair any reported fault to a standard printer, electrical or mechanical, which has occurred during normal usage of your printer. This includes (but is not limited to) rollers, circuit boards, paper pickup and output assemblies and laser scanner units. Our price includes parts and labour and all our work is guaranteed, parts and labour, for 90 days.

What is not covered?

Damaged plastic casings or any parts of the printer damaged by misuse or accidental or deliberate damage (including liquid) are not covered. We will also not cover a printer that has, in our opinion, been subject to use beyond the duty cycle guidelines set out by the manaufacturer. Occasionally we are sent a printer that has , in our opinion, been made up of the faulty components of several printers and naturally we cannot include these in our fixed price scheme. We are also unable to cover missing parts. Consumables and accessories such as extra paper trays and duplex units are not included.

If an item is not covered by our fixed price scheme we will be happy to quote separately for the repair.

The Landscape Group are proud to be one of the few Hewlett-Packard Authorised Support Providers in the UK, able to carry out both in and out of warranty repair work, on the full range of Hewlett-Packard I.T equipment.
All of our engineers have completed the relevent HP training courses, which have empowered them with skills to diagnose and repair faults on PCs, Workstations, Personal and Business Printers. As with our sales executives this training by HP is an ongoing process, which enables our engineers to remain fully conversant with the latest technology and the fault diagnosis and repair procedures associated with that technology.

The Landscape Group are able to provide customers with a full annual Service Level Agreement covering all their Hewlett-Packard hardware. This covers preventative maintenance and leaves your management the freedom to concentrate on other priorities.

Our team at Landscape recently called all hands on deck for the repair and refurbishment of 54 Hewlett-Packard LaserJet Printers. Our concern was that our Customer could not afford to hang around. We had just 24 hours to complete the task.
Our superb team of HP trained engineers completed the work within the timescale and within budget. Net result 1500 satisfied customers in one day (passengers and crew).

As an authorised Hewlett-Packard Service Point we are also able to offer a Fixed Price Repair Service for all HP DeskJets, LaserJets and ScanJets. Provided that the printer or scanner in question is complete and NOT working, one of our fully trained engineers will arrange for its repair, however many faults are present and the price for the repair is fixed. The price which you are quoted is the price you pay!
